חיוב לעשות פנסיה?

שלום. אני גר בחו"ל. וכיון שאני לא מרויח (כמעט) חוץ משכירות דירה, האם יש חוק בכל מדינה שמחייב לעשות תוכנית פנסיה? ואם אני לא יודע,איך ולמי אני יכולצריך לפנות בשאלות כגון אלו, לעורך דין או לממשלה?

בכל מדינה יש חוק אחר ואינני יודע אל מי פונים בכל מקרה . האם לבנקאי? לחברת פנסיה? …הכי טוב לברר עם סביבת ישראלים שוותיקים ממך שם. אני מניח שהם ידעו למי לפנות
